Sonic Sanctuary
About
Kristy Harper is a frequency architect; a music producer and sound therapist working at the intersection of ancient resonance and hi-fidelity electronics. Every session is precision-built for the nervous system.
Frequency is information. Sound is the delivery system. Working with Tibetan singing bowls, sacred instruments, and state-of-the-art hi-fidelity electronics, each Sonic Sanctuary session is engineered to move the nervous system from activation into coherence.
Group sound baths in ancient woodland. Private 1:1 sessions in person and online. Precision programmes for creative teams and organisations. One foundation across all of it: sound as a tool.
Immersive sound baths, frequency workshops, breathwork, meditation, hi-fidelity sound.

Blending frequencies.
Ancient instruments run through a 1970s hi-fi system alongside precisely composed electronic frequencies. Each session is built, not improvised. Every layer chosen to move the nervous system somewhere specific.

Transformation
What frequency does to the body.
-
Nervous system
Out of fight-or-flight. Into rest. Measurable physiological shift within 20 minutes. Cortisol down. Heart rate down. The body stops bracing.
-
Cognitive
Delta and theta entrainment moves the brain into frequency ranges it cannot reach when it is busy. Slower thinking. Clearer thinking. The kind that generates rather than reacts.
-
Somatic
Vibration moves through the body, not just the ears. You feel it before you understand it. That is not metaphor. That is physics.
